As a trusted advisor to many Chinese and American clients, Mr. Bulger has used his cross-border expertise to inaugurate new business deals and to provide advice on the dynamic Sino-US business climate. In particular, Mr. Bulger has expertise in the energy sector with over twenty-five years' experience in that industry and with major international infrastructure projects, including road and rail projects in China.
