Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for assisting Legal and Risk Management department, including: fund establishment, assisting legal matters during fund raising and investment, preparing legal documents and records maintenance; assisting various legal administrative support tasks.
Requirements:
1. Final-year student in undergraduate or graduate programs from a top-tier university. Degrees in finance, accounting and/or economics preferred
2. Fluent in English and Chinese
3. Experienced user of PPT, Excel and Word
4. Previous internship experience at top PE firms, investment banks, consulting firms or Big 4 accounting firms preferred
5. Available to work full-time at least 3 days a week, with a three month commitment
6. Strong logical thinking ability, professionalism, attention to detail, and effective time management

Primarily responsible for assisting in execution of projects, including financial and business analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, transaction structuring and portfolio management; Assist in regulatory analysis, industry analysis and other topical analysis.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking or management consulting
2. Strong skills in project execution and analysis, strong project coordination and interpersonal skills
3. Graduate from a top-tier university, MBA or equivalent preferred
4. Fluent in English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for assisting in execution of projects, including business analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, transaction structuring and portfolio management; Can independently perform regulatory analysis, industry analysis and other topical analysis.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years’ experience in private equity, investment banking or management consulting
2. Strong skills in project execution and analysis, strong project coordination and interpersonal skills
3. Graduate from a top-tier university, MBA or equivalent preferred
4. Fluent in English and Chinese
