On May 31, 2023, the Company changed its name from "Bohai Harvest RST (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd." to "BHR Partners (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd."
The name change will not affect the Company's missions, investment strategies, operation of the funds under management, and portfolio companies.
